Our MDS 3.0: Preparing for Change web seminar series - designed to educate you on MDS 3.0 and how to take the necessary steps to prepare for the implementation within your long-term care facility - has completed.
We invite you to download the recordings from each session by using the button to the right.

The implementation of the MDS 3.0 Assessment Instrument represents one of the most significant changes in resident assessment, determination of care requirements, and delivery of care in the last decade.

While the overall concept of the MDS Assessment remains essentially the same from the previous versions, there are some key areas that directly impact the assessment process, how staff performs their assessment activities, the resulting care outcomes, and ultimately the reimbursement received under the Medicare, and sometimes Medicaid, program.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to our Partners for helping make this series a tremendous success with over a thousand people signing up and participating in the sessions. Please be sure to visit the blog site (pointclickcare.wordpress.com) for all the Q&A from each session, as well as slides, online MDS 3.0 resources and more.
